Make it YOUR year.

1. Work out regularly.
Or at least twice or thrice a week. Seriously, it’s totally doable!

2. Eat healthier.
Minimize your fast food runs and bring baon to work, instead of eating out every day.

3. Let go of all the negative things and people in your life.
It’s a new year. Cut ties with anchors and surround yourself with people who make you a better person.

4. Find a job that makes you happy.
Because it’s not always just about the money, money, money. Follow your dreams and don't let your fears hold you back. Sometimes all it takes is a leap of faith. If you want to leave your current job to bake cupcakes for a living, go bake cupcakes for a living!

5. Forgive someone who hurt you (and is sincerely sorry.)
Second chances should be given to those who deserve them. Holding on to grudges leads to unnecessary stress.

6. Keep your room neat and tidy.
Declutter your life not only emotionally, but also physically. Get rid of things you no longer need to make space for new ones.


7. Save and invest.
It's never too early or late to start. Be smart with your finances. Set aside a portion of your paycheck or allowance each month.


8. Find and love yourself unconditionally.
It's the only way you will truly be happy.
