1. You are proud of others, even your frenemies.
According to motivational speaker Tai Goodwin, "rejoicing with others creates an opportunity to multiply the good times you get to celebrate." By seizing every chance to sincerely congratulate others on their success, you are creating an atmosphere for others to celebrate YOUR blessings, too.
2. You’re just chill.
So what if you missed the train when you're already late for work? Or you spilled wine on your dress? If you know how to let go of the little annoyances in your life, and focus on the happy moments going on instead, then you become more content of what you have and aware that there are still awesome things happening all around.
3. You appreciate the littlest things.
Something as simple as hearing your favorite song on the radio or eating a slice of your favorite cake is good enough to get you through the day.
4. You smile and laugh a lot.
Did you know that smiling can make you happy? Studies have shown that what you project physically—say, a frown or a smile, influences your actual emotions (Read more about the study here!). So if you're feeling blue, attempt to put a smile on your face, and chances are, your real #feels will follow!
