If you're screaming "YES!" with every question, then consider this your official invitation to join the Cosmo Vibe Tribe 2025!
Since 2018, we've collaborated with an exclusive group of content creators to attend events and create content for Cosmo. IYKYK—we started with the Cosmo Cam Crew (with new crewmates introduced every year) who covered the latest events and created videos for our readers. Eventually, the Cosmo Cam Crew became the Cosmo Vibe Tribe in 2020. We also upped our numbers with 22 girls joining the fun that year.
The Cosmo Vibe Tribe grew stronger in number with 25 members joining the squad in 2021. High spirits and creative juices continued to flow in 2022 when a new group of 25 Vibe Tribe members stepped into the limelight. 2023 saw a more intimate—but just as passionate—team of 15 who represented Cosmo at various events.
In 2024, we took it a step further by introducing not just one but two (!) batches of the Cosmo Vibe Tribe! So this year, we're looking for more fun, fearless, and forward content creators who are living their best life now(!) to join this amazing team.
How to apply for the Cosmo Vibe Tribe in 2025
Requirements
Here at Cosmo, we champion inclusivity and diversity in all forms. That's why for the first time ever, we're opening up applications for the Cosmo Vibe Tribe to beauty, lifestyle, and/or fashion content creators of all genders, aged 18 to 29 years old.
Since you will need to be vibe-checked (see what we did there?) as part of the application process, you must be willing to go to Metro Manila for shoots, go-sees, and eventually any events as required by the Cosmo editors.
Ofc, a Cosmo Vibe Tribe member should be a true-blue Cosmo Girl (or Boy!) so you should be following us on all our socials—Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X. You should also already be a member of the Cosmo Beauty Club and the Cosmo Community on Facebook. We'll be checking! ;)
Lastly, follower count. You must have at least 5,000 followers for each social media account (Instagram and TikTok). It should go without saying, but we're also looking for people who are active on their platforms—particularly, Instagram and TikTok—with at least four new and fresh videos posted per month.
Application Process
If you tick all of the boxes above, here's exactly how you can apply to join the Cosmo Vibe Tribe.
- Register through the Google Form. All applicants must answer this Google Form created by Clout+.
- Shortlisting. The Cosmo Team will shortlist 50 from the entries for a content challenge and an initial go-see. Shortlisted participants who passed all requirements and our data-driven evaluation will receive instructions via email for the next steps.
- Social Media Challenge. All applicants will have to do a social media challenge based on the brief given by the editorial team.
- In-Person Go-See. Applicants who passed the social media challenge will then attend our Go-See in person to meet and be evaluated by the Cosmo editors and the Clout+ team.
- Become a Finalist. The top 20 successful applicants will be announced as the official Cosmo Vibe Tribe 2025!
