Whether it’s a casual outing or a night you want to stretch a little longer, dessert has a way of making any moment sweeter. And there's always room for a sweet treat!
Whether you and your new beau are only at dessert-only date status or you're looking for that sugary ending after that casual dinner date, these sweet dessert places will satisfy that craving.

Where to go for dessert dates in Metro Manila?
Kariton Gelato
Location: Molito Lifestyle Center, Madrigal Avenue corner Alabang-Zapote Road, Alabang, Muntinlupa City; and Food on Four, 4/F SM Aura, Taguig City

After proudly repping Filipino flavors through their artisanal gelato in Melbourne, Kariton Gelato now has branches at SM Aura and Molito Lifestyle Center.
You and your date will want to spend hours here sampling their unique takes on familiar Filipino flavors like Kalamansi Hinebra, a calamansi gin sorbet, and Turon with banana gelato, muscovado butterscotch, langka, and candied lumpia wrapper. Kariton has also become quite famous for their Taho Soft Serve—silky-smooth and can be had plain or topped with your choice of Choc Fudge, Salted Butterscotch, or Biscoff crumbs and spread.
You can't even tell it's made without any dairy—only with silken tofu soft serve. That makes this treat vegan, too!
Shari Shari Kakigori House
Location: G/F The Corner House, 455 P. Guevarra Corner Recto Street, San Juan City

Creamy milky ice with lots of fun toppings: kakigori or Japanese shaved ice will always be a hit. One of the places you can have your fix is at Shari Shari Kakigori House, conveniently located at The Corner House with other restaurants and shops so you and your S.O. can make it a whole day of fun.
Shari Shari offers the classics like Strawberry Special with strawberry iced and a fresh strawberry on top, and the Strawberry and Mikan Orange, which comes topped with fresh mikan orange (also known as Japanese orange). Matcha lovers also shouldn't miss the Matcha Cream Special with Kurimitsu.
Auro Chocolate Cafe
Location: Molito Lifestyle Center, Madrigal Avenue corner Alabang-Zapote Road, Alabang, Muntinlupa City; G/F One Maridien Tower, 27th Street, Bonifacio Global City; Unit 9 G/F One Archer's Place, Taft Avenue, Manila City; 387 Department of Trade and Industry, Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City

You can never go wrong with chocolate especially if it's Auro. After winning multiple international awards, this tree-to-bar chocolate company opened the Auro Chocolate Cafe to showcase their chocolate in different desserts. Their cafes give off tropical vibes that reflect their love for local with patterned tiles and a bright color scheme, and their desserts are just as fun.
Choc Au Lait (or chocolate milk) is practically an art form here: you can choose from a milk, dark or white chocolate base, and then a flavor. For Dark, you can't go wrong with the Classic Dark which uses single origin Davao chocolate, though your sweet tooth will also love the Strawberry Milk Chocolate and Peanut White Chocolate.
Pair your drinks with a cookie or a pastry, which all uses Auro chocolate in some form—or you can even go salty, 'coz Auro Cafe also offers savory snacks like Parmesan Truffle Fries and Pan de Queso.
Crêpe Glazik
Location: G/F Cambridge Center, Tordesillas Street, Makati City; 2/F Uptown Mall, Taguig City; 4/F East Wing Shangri-La Plaza, Ortigas, Mandaluyong City

You may be miles away from having that crepe date in Paris but you can easily have the next best thing at Crêpe Glazik. Though they now have two mall branches—one in Uptown Mall and one in Shangri-La Plaza—their Makati branch is worth a visit for the rustic French vibes.
French chef Neven Charpentier and his wife Nicole de la Peña are the folks behind Crêpe Glazik, so you can be sure they're flipping and folding buckwheat crepes that are as close to authentic as you can get.
While Crêpe Glazik has a wide variety of savory crepes, you're here for the dessert, so we recommend a classic Tarte au Citron Revisitée, a lemon-pie flavored crepe with a lemon pie gelato or a Chocolat Praliné for chocoholics with chocolate sauce, homemade French praline, and a praline gelato. In need of a quicker sweet fix? You can also treat yourself to their homemade gelato!
St. Louis
Location: C3, Bonifacio High Street, Bonifacio Global City; Molito Lifestyle Center, Madrigal Avenue corner Alabang-Zapote Road, Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Bright and sunny St. Louis has quite the extensive menu of brunch favorites, sandwiches, and pasta—and with two pages dedicated to desserts, well, you know they take it seriously. If you've always wanted to have that cute and casual ice-cream date where you and your S.O. share sweet looks over an ice cream sundae, you've come to the right spot: St. Louis makes their own ice cream, and they have a wide selection of over 20 flavors as well as monthly specials.
You can choose to have up to three flavors—or you can just get the Amalia's Super Sundae which has two scoops of French Vanilla and Chocolate Noir Ice Cream topped with a chocolate fudge brownie, churros, dulce de leche, fresh strawberries, and chocolate cookie crumbs. St. Louis is also known for their crisp-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside churros—the Churros for Two is the perfect date-night dessert for splitting, with six churros and your choice of milk, dark or white chocolate sauce.
Bubu
Location: One Maridien Tower, 27th Street, Bonifacio Global City

A "vending machine" door hides little ice cream bar shop Bubu in BGC. You can customize your own Bubu Bar with your choice of coating (from matcha to chocolate-hazelnut and white chocolate), nuts, marshmallow, cookie crumbs, syrups, and more.
Not in the mood for a bar? Bubu also offers OG Scoops in flavors ranging from classics like Chocolate and Roasted Strawberry to unique ones like Butter Almond Crunch and Banana Biscoff Crunch. Bubu also offers coffee and matcha, so you can make it a coffee-and-dessert date in one. Plus Bubu Bars and ice cream are also all dairy-free—perfect for vegans or if your tummy now hurts from dairy.
Maison Ladurée
Location: One Bonifacio High Street, 28th corner 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City

Need an excuse to dress up and feel fancy? Have your dessert date at Maison Ladurée. Every maximalist corner of Ladurée is giving French opulence from the velvet cushioned seats to the statement grand chandeliers that resemble flowers and gold-accented… well, everything.
Ladurée is best known for their dainty macarons, arranged by color in a gorgeous display. You can choose from 13 flavors that include classic Vanilla, Chocolate, Raspberry, Lemon, and more as well as more adventurous options like Orange Blossom and Pistachio. Their macarons, of course, pair best with Ladurée's Création Teas.
You can also indulge in their other dainty desserts like Ispahan, a pretty-in-pink rose macaron with whole raspberries sandwiched in the middle then topped with more fresh berries, rose-scented cream, and lychee.
