You’ve probably heard of milk baths and chocolate scrubs, but have you ever tried a wine soak? If you’re curious, just head to The Spa and ask for Vinotherapy. This 90-minute body treatment requires no precautionary checkup. It begins with a bubbling red wine bath, followed by a detoxifying body scrub. A mineral-rich firming wrap concludes this body treatment.

Not Your Intoxicating Alcoholic Drink
Don’t expect the therapist to pour wine straight from the bottle and into the tub. Do look forward to a hot bath infused with a creamy red wine and milk concoction that you’ll enjoy for about 15 minutes. Then, the therapist will scrub off dead skin cells with a rich grape and apricot scrub for another 15 to 20 minutes. She’ll wash the scrub off with a sponge bath so you won’t have to rinse in the shower. After the sponge bath, she’ll wrap you in red wine body mask and leave you to sleep for 20 minutes. Wash off the mask in The Spa’s steam bath then apply red wine lotion to lock in moisture.

Royal Treatment
The body care line may not exactly be made of pure red wine, but you can indulge in that luxuriously intoxicating smell of rich liquor as the therapist rubs it all over your body. Instead of wine, you’ll enjoy sipping a cup of hot, sweet and spicy ginger tea as you relax in the tub.

Skin Care And Relaxation
We all know that exfoliation smoothes skin, but you’ll also soak up antioxidants from The Spa’s wine-enriched products. These antioxidants fight free radicals and help slow the skin’s aging process. Having trouble sleeping? The therapist’s gentle touch can easily lull you to a restful nap or help you calm down at the very least.

Package Price
Members can avail of Vinotherapy for P1,700, while it starts at P1,900 for non-members. You also have the option to avail of a full body massage.
