You Can Now Book A Ride On Grab With Your Furbaby Using GrabPets

It was made with paw-rents and furbabies in mind!

Grab just made it easier for pet parents to travel conveniently around the metro with their fur babies as the ride-hailing app quietly rolled out their newest service, GrabPets.

The service was made with pet parents and their fur babies in mind. According to Grab’s blog, the service allows not just dogs and cats, but other types of pets as well, including turtles, hamsters, rabbits, and fish!

The company said that pets should be accompanied by human passengers. In addition, pets must be transported with a leash or crate with a muzzle for dogs, a crate for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters, a sealed bag or a closed fish tank for fish, and a closed container for turtles.

GrabPet will accept a maximum of two medium pets or one large pet per ride. While the service is pricier than the regular Grab ride, passengers are sure that they can get to their chosen destination safely as there is added insurance coverage for pets.
