OMG, Atom Araullo Just Confirmed That He's In A Long-Term(!) Relationship

In an episode of Fast Talk With Boy Abunda uploaded tonight, November 28, 2025, Tito Boy Abunda wasted no time diving straight into the question everyone has been dying to ask journalist and former actor Atom Araullo: "Do you have a girlfriend?" And he said yes, loud and clear.

Tito Boy followed up by asking how long he's been taken, to which Atom answered "Matagal na. See, we don't even count years. It's been a while."

This is the first time Atom has clearly and openly confirmed his relationship status, something the Internet has been speculating about for years! Atom clarified that his relationship was never a secret, but it also wasn't something he felt needed to be broadcast to the public.

"It's not like I would keep it a secret. But, at the same time, there's a nice balance, I think. You keep some things to yourself," Atom shared.

He added that any setup like this only works if both partners agree on it: "Of course, you have to be on the same page."

While Atom didn't drop any names, he did say his girlfriend is also "public" and someone social media users would recognize. "I think people on social media know. They see us outside," he explained.

When asked about wedding plans, Atom said that while it's natural for couples to consider marriage, he isn’t putting any pressure on himself or setting a timeline.

Even as a journalist, Atom hasn't been spared from dating rumors online. Speculation intensified in 2022 when he posted a birthday greeting for fellow journalist and news anchor Zen Hernandez on Instagram.

Since then, fans have been watching their interactions closely. Rumors grew even louder when Atom and Zen were spotted together at Balesin Island in 2021, in a photo shared by fellow news anchor Pinky Webb.

And the chatter didn't end there. In 2024, they were once again seen together—this time in Paris during the Olympics, sharing a meal with friends at the same table.
