Of course, nobody wants something good to come to an end. Bretman himself admitted that the announcement wasn't easy to make.
"This video is extremely hard for me to make, so please bear with me. I understand that I've always shared my life with you guys, my day-to-day, my family, down to my relationship," Bretman began.
"Since a lot of you guys have been asking in the comments and DMs where Justice is, I just wanted to quickly address that we are no longer together," he revealed.
Though he didn't go into specifics, Bretman made it clear that the split was an amicable and mutual decision. He also emphasized that he's still on good terms with his ex-boyfriend.

"We are still friends, we still have love for each other, and I do believe that, if we're really meant for each other, then we will find each other again, and that's exactly how we found each other this time anyways," Bretman shared.
"Everything was a mutual, mature understanding," he added.
Bretman explained that their relationship had always been built on supporting each other's growth, prioritizing mental health, self-love, and open communication. He said that those are the very values that guided them in their decision to part ways.
As a content creator, Bretman acknowledged the challenge of living so much of his life in the public eye. He asked fans for understanding during this transitional time.
"I would just ask for some privacy, some time to process everything," he expressed.
"Please don't point the finger at anybody; this was truly just two adults who really came down to a conclusion. This isn't something that we want to do, but it is something that we need to do for our mental health," he said.
Now, Bretman says he's welcoming his self-love era, and it's something he's choosing to focus on right now.
