A little less than a decade ago, the Warwick rowers launched their first nude calendar—something we're all very thankful for, I'm sure.
What you might not know, however, is that the calendar serves as a public awareness campaign.
According to their website, the rowers aim:
- to promote inclusivity towards people of all genders and sexualities
- to make rowing more accessible to everyone
- to fund the ongoing development of Sport Allies, a registered charity with a mission to promote team sport as a support system
And with the team stripping down to their birthday suit, it's no wonder they get people talking.
