You can now add Chum-Churum, Lotte Chilsung's signature soju brand, to Jennie Kim's long list of endorsements. The brand's newest muse was officially announced on the first week of February 2021. BLACKPINK's main rapper and lead vocalist will be following the footsteps of Chum-Churum's past models: Bae Suzy, Shin Min Ah, and Lee Hyori. What a stellar lineup!
In the promotional pictures, Jennie looks absolutely ~*glowing*~ in her light makeup that consists of a second-skin finish foundation, curled lashes, subtle eyeliner, soft brows, and dewy pink lips. She's also clad in a white off-shoulder ribbed dress that shows off her svelte figure. (It's actually similar to what Suzy wore in her old promo photos!)
Her first CF (commercial film) for the brand was also released, and it featured mountains, lush greenery, and clear waters that highlight the soju bottle's updated design and lowered alcohol content (from 16.9 to 16.5).
ICYDK, being the face of a soju brand is one of the most coveted and luxurious endorsement jobs for Korean female celebrities. It was really only a matter of time before Jennie snagged one, TBH, because the "Jennie Effect" (where anything she endorses gets sold out in mere *minutes*) is super strong. We can't wait for her other promo pictures and videos!
