While it isn't as drastic as getting hot pink locks, the ashy hue complements her medium skin tone and *brightens* up her face, while the golden highlights give her tresses more life and dimension. ICYDK, highlights are best for those who aren't ready to go full blonde yet. Bleaching all of your strands call for commitment. (Be ready for regular root retouches, plus you need to change your lineup of hair care products!)
