If you're still scared to play with colored makeup, take a page out of Liza Soberano's book. She attended the 2020 Bench TernoCon clad in a blue sequinned terno by designer Marlon Tuazon, and she low-keyed matched her makeup to her outfit. Zoom in on this photo and you'll notice that she wore blue eyeliner! It was not too flashy yet it still made a statement.
Her makeup artist, Anthea Bueno, swept a shimmery beige eyeshadow on her lids and drew a thin cat-eye using a blue glitter liner. To make sure that her azure lids stood out, Anthea chose a muted rose blush and a satin nude lipstick to complete the look. Her hairstylist RJ Dela Cruz kept her hairstyle simple with a classic updo.
We think Liza's blue eyeliner look perfect for girls who are scared to wear color. It's pretty easy to pull off—you just need a colored eye pencil and a steady hand. (Here's a guide to follow if you're not yet sanay drawing feline flicks.)
Before we forget, we want to emphasize this: Liza looks so gorgeous and we're living for her this lewk!
