Did Ariana Grande Use A Band-Aid to Cover Up Her 'Pete' Tattoo?

During their five-month-long relationship, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson got a whopping 12 tattoos in honor of each other. One of Ariana's was the name "Pete," symbolically inked on her ring finger.

But in a very awkward turn of events, it looks like Ariana just used a Band-Aid to cover up her tiny memento.

In footage captured by TMZ, Ariana was seen recording a segment for NBC's "Wicked" musical special with the knuckle of her ring finger conveniently covered by a Band-Aid. You can see the pic right over here.

There are a few things that could have gone down here. First, she could have actually gotten a paper cut or something. Let's get that explanation out of the way.

Second, she could have either 1) gotten the tattoo removed or 2) gotten it covered up. Both might result in her having to wear a Band-Aid for protection.

BUT finally, it's also possible that she just wanted to cover up the design for the taping and the Band-Aid was the easiest solution.

Either way, breakups suck and getting rid of the tattoos you got together seems like a huge pain in the ass. LOVE IS DEAD. Goodbye.
