November is Fashion Month in Cosmo, and even our Online Hunk is in theme! After all, men can and do love fashion, too, whether they dress for themselves or the ladies. So we're dressing up actor Rodjun Cruz in the most fashionable duds for men--which we would slowly peel off him to show you the ripped body hiding underneath!
Rodjun is not a new face in showbiz. Remember the good old 5 and Up kiddie infotainment show in ABC5 (now TV5)? He was part of that! And you can still catch Rodjun in TV5 these days, in the variety show PO5. He is also part of the fashion soap Markaribal on ABS-CBN. Showbiz is definitely in his blood, as he comes from a well-respected family of actors: his brother is Rayver Cruz, his cousins are actresses Sheryl Cruz and Sunshine Cruz, to name a few. Acting is also not the only talent Rodjun shares with his brother: he's a great dancer as well. He was in fact a member of the dance group Anime a few years back.
While Rodjun admits that he's not necessarily what you would characterize as fasyon, he does care enough about looking great to know that he needs to pick out the most appropriate clothes. He got to explore his fashionable side when we garbed him in dressy pieces that you would love to see on your office crush (if you don't already) for this month's shoot. After all, there's nothing that can turn us on better than flattering clothes on a man, which you would love to pull off later on, right? Get to know the irresistible guy underneath the clothes in this interview.
What are your hobbies?
So ayun, gym 'tsaka basketball.
Aside from working out, how do you stay fit?
Tapos mahilig talaga ako sa chicken, 'tsaka sa fish--more on protein talaga.
What’s your personal style?
Simple lang ako, gusto ko casual lang. Sanay ako na [magsuot ng] jeans, shirt, tapos minsan polo, long sleeves, jacket.
Do you shop for your own clothes?
Minsan ako 'yung nag-sa-shop. Tapos minsan, may sponsors [who provide my clothes].
What do you look for when you shop for clothes?
First of all, siyempre gusto ko maganda 'yung fit sa akin nung damit. At siyempre, alam mo 'yung 'pag suot mo, maganda talaga siya. Parang may dating talaga.
Who are your fashion influences?
Sa Hollywood siguro sina Brad Pitt.
Have you ever experienced a wardrobe malfunction?
Do you prefer to be overdressed or underdressed?
Siguro underdressed.
What kind of clothes would you want to wear but still can't at the moment?
Oo, 'yung sobrang skinny jeans.
What if you had to wear it, would you?
Okay lang naman! (Laughs.)
