Demi Lovato is great at sharing the body positivity message. The 24-year-old regularly takes to social media to remind us to love ourselves. Because, as Ru Paul always says, "If you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else? Can I get an amen up in here?"
And she's done it again. Demi, who is very open about the fact that she used to have an eating disorder, took to Twitter remind us that everyone has good days and everyone has bad days.
Sometimes when I'm having bad body image issue days, I remind myself that I'd rather live in freedom from my eating disorder than worry— Demi Lovato (@ddlovato) April 11, 2017
about what people think about my body. I am more than a number and a jean size. Fuck yeah!— Demi Lovato (@ddlovato) April 11, 2017
The "Cool For The Summer" star tweeted: "Sometimes when I'm having bad body image issue days, I remind myself that I'd rather live in freedom from my eating disorder than worry about what people think about my body.
"I am more than a number and a jean size. Fuck yeah!"
Demi also used Instagram to get her point across. She shared a beautiful photo of herself and captioned it: "Feeling better than I've ever felt. It's all about self love. Tell yourself you're beautiful daily. Be gentle with yourself. Eat carbs without guilt and remember that life is too short to worry about what others think!!"
