Dustin Yu Says He's Willing To Wait "Habambuhay" For Bianca De Vera

Bianca De Vera and Dustin Yu, better known to fans as DusBi or DustBia, went through quite a journey together during their stay inside the Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition house in 2025. Although they narrowly missed a spot in the Big 4, their chemistry quickly became one of the season's biggest fan favorites.

During their guesting on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Bianca clarified that they aren't officially boyfriend-and-girlfriend. She admitted, however, that Dustin became her biggest source of comfort while they were inside the house.

"Hindi naman [boyfriend], Tito Boy. Parang ano, I really found so much comfort every time I spoke to him inside the house. Kasi siyempre isolated kami so parang, meron talagang mga instances na parang medyo mababaliw ka talaga kakaisip. But then I discovered na, every time I spoke to him, I felt so at home."

Bianca also shared that their connection started off as purely platonic, although she had already admired Dustin early on. "Nagkaroon po, Tito Boy, ng—for me, Tito Boy ha—Pares task and yun yung time na leader siya. Sabi ko, 'Wow, ang galing niyang mag-command nung room.' Parang nakita ko kung gaano siya ka-mature at a very young age."

Dustin, on the other hand, candidly admitted (!!) that he felt an attraction to Bianca very early on.

"Meron, Tito eh. Meron eh. Parang yun nga, na-believe ako sa personality niya. Nakakatawa kasi siya nung una. So sabi ko, 'Hindi ako mabo-bore dito ah. Parang masarap siya kausap palagi ah.'"

After exiting the Pinoy Big Brother house on June 29, 2025, they quickly landed their first official project as a love team, starring in the music video for LILY's "Kinakabahan," which was released in August 2025. Shortly after, they scored a major project for their first film together as the lead stars of the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry Love You So Bad, which premiered on December 25, 2025. They were joined by their fellow ex-housemate Will Ashley, giving longtime viewers another chance to see familiar PBB dynamics onscreen.

However, it seems like Dustin has become even more forward and sincere about his feelings over time. In January this year, he sat down with Karen Davila and continued to be open about his feelings for Bianca. After sharing that she was the person he was closest to among his fellow housemates, Dustin made a sweet confession: "Alam naman ng lahat ng tao na napahanga ako ni Caca." So when Karen asked if he had fallen in love, Dustin's answer gave fans plenty to talk about. "Oo naman, Miss Karen. Hindi ko naman 'yun maitatanggi. Ano kami ngayon, friends."

More recently, the two attended the Star Magical Prom together in June 2026 after Bianca revealed that she was the one who asked Dustin to be her date. Two days before the ball, she shared the news with a romantic post on Instagram, writing, "he said yes!!!! see you at prom ☺️ @dustinyuu."

Going back to their interview with Boy Abunda, Dustin sweetly shared, "Well ako, Tito, honestly, naghihintay na lang talaga 'ko ng sagot. And kung talagang kailangan kong maghintay habambuhay, gagawin ko."
