Remember Kim Jun Wan's favorite snack in Hospital Playlist? Poor Jun Wan, a doctor played by Jung Kyung Ho, had a lot of those black chocolate cube packages in his officewhich everyone kept *stealing*!

Those chocolates also played a big part during his adorable confession scene with Ik Sun (Kwak Sun Young). "I heard you like chocolate. This is the one, right? Give me your hand," Ik Sun says. She ends up giving him several pieces and claims that the rest is hers. When Jun Wan takes them from her, he doesn't let go of her hand and tells her, "Have I told you that I like you? Go out with me." *squeals*
