Appearing on Gandang Gabi Vice, James Reid talks about still feeling kilig with Nadine Lustre even after three years of being in a relationship. “It doesn’t feel like three years. It’s been so fast. We live together, so… Oh, did you know that already? Okay, well, we live together,” he says to the delight of the audience.
This finally confirms the rumor two years ago that they were already living together. Nadine neither confirmed nor denied it and uttered these now famous words: “Come on, guys, it’s 2017!”
James tells Vice Ganda, “Sometimes araw-araw kayong nagkikita and there’s no space. Sometimes you get too comfortable. But then there are days when she’s working and super busy. When she gets home, it’s like, yeah, we still really miss each other, kahit isang araw lang.”
Another tidbit that James lets slip: Remember their bathtub posts from their third anniversary? He accidentally reveals that they were naked when they took those photos of each other because, well, come on, guys, they were in a bathtub! James says, “Was I supposed to say that? Sorry, love, sorry.” LOL!
During the Kuryentanong Challenge, the show’s lie detector confirms that James does get jealous of other guys and that he checks out other girls when Nadine isn’t around. He insists the latter isn’t true, but he says, “As a guy, sometimes you see a girl that’s really pretty, but it’s not like I’m going to stalk her or something like that.” He adds, “Because I’m in a relationship, I try my best not to give [Nadine] any reason to feel jealous.”
