Maja Salvador and Rambo Nuñez are among the lucky few that could say they had a second chance at love. They first split up in 2010 when they had to put their respective careers first, but clearly, fate wasn't done with them yet. They began talking again in 2018, and they became inseparable.

In an interview with Robi Domingo, Maja and Rambo shared how they met 10 years ago. According to Maja, their first encounter was after watching a Sarah Geronimo concert. "After nun, kumakain kami sa isang restaurant tapos silang dalawa ni Marco magkasama noon. Doon kami unang nag-meet. Dun nag-start ang lahat. Tinext niya ako," she said.
The time wasn't right yet, so they broke things off after a few months. They reconciled last year, and the rest was history.
When asked if they continued communicating during their time apart, Maja shared, "Wala talaga. Pero parehas kami na may communication with family. May communication ako with family niya, tapos siya meron din. [Pero] Not always."
Rambo also admitted that he cried when they had to break up years ago because their relationship was perfect but "it just wasn't the right time."
After everything that happened, the couple shared that they do not regret anything. According to Rambo, their second chance at love is different now because they are able to balance their lives better.
"Right now, mas naba-balance na namin. If before, it was always work, work, work. Ngayon, we can already afford in terms of responsibilities nga to even go off work for a week para maka-travel. Yun naman ang nagpapasaya sa relationship, you can do stuff together," he said.
