Maris Racal recently turned 24, and Rico Blanco was there to celebrate it with her and her family.
The singer-actress documented the occasion on her YouTube channel, where she talked about seeking the help of an events stylist to transform their home.
"Two days ago, nag-panic ako kasi wala pala 'kong gagawin sa birthday ko," Maris shared. "As in, wala talaga 'kong gagawin. Kasi sobrang preoccupied ako sa release ng 'Asa Naman', my latest single, so wala akong naisip for my birthday. Sa day itself, wala akong gagawin."
"What if mag-dinner na lang kami sa bahay but this time, iba na lang, like, gawing ibang lugar yung bahay ko, parang gawin siyang South of France? And gusto ko yung food ko Italian cuisine. Kasi 'yon yung mga places na gusto kong puntahan."
Maris' home was festooned with flowers, with roses adorning a wall and their dining area. As Maris and her family fixed the food, Rico appeared in the video, telling Maris to blow one of the cakes before it melts. The couple also posed for photos, where we can see Maris holding a bouquet of tulips. Aww.
Rico took to Insta on that day to greet Maris, which featured a sweet photo of them together.
"Happy birthday, madam," the singer-songwriter wrote. "I love you so much po."
