Sandara Park, also known by her stage name Dara, is a talented actress as well as a K-pop idol! Sandara was first discovered in the PH after she joined the reality show Star Circle Quest in 2004. When she returned to South Korea, Dara debuted as a member of girl group 2NE1 in 2009. She went on to become one of the most recognized singers in the K-pop industry and starred in her own acting projects! 1. Bcuz Of You (2004)
In this movie anthology about three different couples, Sandara is paired with her Star Circle Quest co-alumnus Hero Angeles! Their storyline is about a Korean girl (Sandara) who gets lost in Manila and meets a tourist guide (Hero).

2. Can This Be Love? (2005)
Hero Angeles is Ryan, a hardworking college student who earns money as a typist of term papers, while Sandara is Daisy, a Korean immigrant studying in the Philippines. After getting off on the wrong foot, they develop feelings for each other, but their different cultures make a relationship difficult for them.

3. D'Lucky Ones (2006)
Two best friends who are also proud Vilma Santos fans decide to arrange a marriage for their son (Joseph Bitangcol) and daughter (Sandara), whom they name Lucky Boy and Lucky Girl. However, their children aren't too fond of each other.

4. Dr. Ian (2015)
In this nine-episode Korean-Chinese web drama, "Sandara Park plays the quirky female patient of a psychiatrist (Kim Young Kwang)." This was her debut as a leading lady in Korea! (Via Soompi)
5. We Broke Up (2015)
In this web drama from YG Entertainment, Sandara and Kang Seung Yoon play a couple who fall in love during college and eventually start living together. But when various problems crop up, they decide to break up, only to find out that they can't really move out of the apartment yet.

6. Missing Korea (2015)
In this web drama set in 2020, North and South Korea have taken steps towards reunification and are holding the first-ever North-South beauty pageant! Sandara plays an ordinary worker from North Korea named Li Yeon Hwa who somehow ends up joining the 1st Unified Miss Korea Competition.
7. One Step (2017)
Although it isn't available for streaming yet, this is her first lead role in a Korean film! One Step tells the story of "a woman who loses her memory and starts seeing music in color (Sandara) and a composer who loses everything when he finds himself unable to write songs anymore (Han Jae Suk)." Cameos:
1. My Love From The Star (2013)
Sandara made a surprise cameo in the show's last episode as a celebrity who shares the red carpet with Jun Ji Hyun's character Song Yi!

2. The Producers (2015)
During her cameo, Sandara made not-so-evil-plans with BLACKPINK's Jisoo to steal the spotlight from IU's character Cindy. They agree not to give Cindy good reactions in front of the camera and to only laugh at each other's jokes.

3. One More Happy Ending (2016)
Sandara made a cameo in the series as a member of the girl group Angels. According to the show's producer: "The character is the only member of the girl group who was able to rise to fame as a top actress. She is the visual of the girl group. Due to the beauty of the actresses who play the other girl group members, it was very difficult to find someone who can play the character whose beauty is supposed to outshine them all. Due to Yoo In Na's close relationship with Sandara Park, we were able to cast her to play that character."

4. My Ex And Whys (2017)
In yet another cameo, Sandara appears in the movie as...herself! Liza Soberano, Enrique Gil, and Ryan Bang's characters take a selfie with her as she's crossing the street in Seoul. CUUUTE! Sandara dropped hints of her cameo before the movie when she posted a photo with the cast and director on IG.

5. Dinner Mate (2020)
For her cameo, Sandara played an anorexic actress who seeks the help of food psychiatrist Kim Hae Kyung (Song Seung Heon). With Hae Kyung's help, she is able to enjoy food again.
