Every summer has a PDA-obsessed celebrity couple, and this summer's thirstiest relationship is a hundred percent Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello. These two went from zero to 100 and have been seen making out everywhere—from a cafe in Oakland, to a bookstore in Tampa, to a beach in Miami where they were kissing so hard, I'm honestly shocked one of them didn't pass out from the thirst of it all.
