Yes, we know it really sucks and the pain is unbearable, but you will have to fight through it in order to get on with your life. Living in denial will only postpone the inevitable, so let yourself feel whatever you have to feel. When you give yourself time and space to heal, things will eventually fall into place and you will gradually feel lighter.

2. Being betrayed by a friend
Gaining someone’s trust again after they hurt you is difficult. Betrayal leads to trust issues, so you build walls high enough to keep people from hurting you again. Now, it is up to you to decide if you want to cut this person out of your life completely or forgive them. Trust your instinct. Learn to know the difference between genuine people and anchors. 

3. Insecurities
Life is tough and insecurities are universal. No matter what you do, there will always be someone trying to bring you down and make you feel like you aren't good enough. This is precisely why it is important to love yourself first. Stop trying to please people to prove your worth. If they don’t accept you for who you are, then they don’t deserve to be in your life. Just do you.

4. Failure
Failure is inevitable, but it should never discourage you from getting back up and moving forward. Learn from your mistakes and use these failures as motivation to do better. The only time you truly fail is when you give up without even trying.
