Alexandra Andresen, a 20-year-old Norwegian heiress, is the world's youngest billionaire. She came into her 10-figure fortune when her father, Johan Andresen, transferred 42% of their family's investment company (Ferd) to her last year.
Her sister, Katharina, who's only a year older, also got 42%, making her the second youngest billionaire. They are each worth $1.2 billion.
The world found out because Norway publishes the tax returns of people over 17 years old. The Andresen family has been a household name in Norway for over a century, primarily because of Tiedemanns, a tobacco brand.
Ferd is an active investor on the Nordic stock exchange; it also runs several hedge funds. Though Alexandra and her sister technically own the investment company, their father still controls it.
Meanwhile, Alexandra is living her best life as a three-time champion in dressage riding, which is why most of her Instagram posts feature gorgeous horses.
