The Women of Influence Recognition Dinner Is A Celebration Of Women Doing It Their Way

Every March, Cosmopolitan Philippines celebrates Women's Month by highlighting the Filipinas who are redefining what it means to live boldly, purposefully, and on their own terms—and this year is no different. For 2026, the Women of Influence campaign returns with a theme that speaks to individuality: To Each Her Own. It's a reminder that there's no single way to be a woman today, and these nine awardees prove it.

Bela Padilla, Hannah Pangilinan, Kara David, Jessica De Mesa-Lim, Rachelle Bravo, Dr. Rica Cruz, Cha Ocampo, Syd Hartha, and Steph Naval are this year's fearless and inspiring awardees. We were honored to sit down and hear each of their stories, their wins, and the moments that define what it means to be a woman of influence today. Now it's all coming together in one unforgettable night, where we celebrate their impact, their passion, and the ways they inspire everyone around them.

First launched in 2019, the Women of Influence campaign is Cosmopolitan Philippines' annual initiative dedicated to spotlighting Filipinas who are doing meaningful, impactful work in their respective fields. Over the years, it's grown into more than just a list of achievers—it's a space for women using their influence to educate, advocate, and lift others up.

During the 2020 lockdown, the campaign went fully digital, with awardees spreading encouragement and positivity when we all needed it most. By 2023, we were back in full swing with an in-person Recognition Dinner honoring eight incredible women, and in 2024, eight more Filipinas joined the lineup, showing just how dynamic and diverse influence can be. Last year, the campaign celebrated 12 standout women, each embodying the strength and spirit of Girlhood.

Women of Influence has evolved with the times, but the core message hasn't changed: there's power in owning your story. This year's theme, To Each Her Own, drives that home even more. Modern Filipinas are multidimensional—confident in their choices, expressive in their identities, and unafraid to go against the grain. There's no one mold to fit into, and that's exactly the point.

To wrap up the campaign on a high note, Cosmopolitan Philippines hosts its Women of Influence Recognition Dinner, an intimate gathering to honor this year's awardees for a night of celebration and connection.

This year, the Recognition Dinner will take place on March 24, 2026 at Quezon Club, Solaire Resort North. With Modess as co-presenter, special thanks to Belo and Melissa, and event styling by Moki Gray, the evening offers a meaningful platform for our awardees to share their advocacies and show exactly how they're shaping their industries on their own terms.

The evening is guaranteed to bring together meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and a room full of women who are all about lifting each other up—exactly the kind of support we love to see. More than anything, it's a celebration of influence in all its forms and a reminder that when women own who they are, they make space for others to do the same.
