I think we can all agree that one of the best things about celebrities having their own YouTube channels is getting the chance to know more about their personal preferences—as much as they're comfortable divulging, of course. Sometimes, it's a full house tour, and other times, it's as simple as the food they enjoy having. Korean star Jessica Jung, for example, just uploaded a vlog of what her diet is like when she's preparing for a big photo shoot. 

The first meal we see her prepare is an exquisite Avocado Pollock Roe Bibimbap. She uses kojac brown rice for the base so it has fewer calories.

Next, Jessica has a Beef Tenderloin Salad. Her favorite salad dressing is sesame dressing but she trades it for some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. She also shares that when she's on a short-term diet, she tries not to eat after 7:00 p.m.

The next dish she prepares is a Turkey Avocado Sandwich—the girl loooves her avo—which she eats right before her meeting for the day. Another tip she has is to eat before you an event or engagement; Jessica plans on just having coffee during her meeting.

She briefly considers having Cheetos with her sandwich but puts it away quickly. 

For breakfast, she enjoys some greek yogurt with two big strawberries, granola, and honey.

And while out with friends, Jessica orders chicken breast with truffles and stays away from any alcoholic drinks. Wow, the discipline!
