"I embrace all my imperfections. Before, sobra akong conscious about iba’t ibang mga bagay. Lahat tayo may body insecurities, kung ano man yan. Ako siguro, the secret formula would be to just accept it kasi bago ka tanggapin ng iba, dapat tanggap mo muna [ang sarili mo]," she explained.
Kathryn added that working out really helped her. "Now, I’m really happy with my body. Siguro nakakatulong lang din yung pagwo-work out. ‘Yun yung isa kong way kaya ko na-overcome yung insecurities kasi I like taking care of my body. Not just on the outside but also on the inside. It’s your body, kailangan mo siyang alagaan. Marami na mga online free workouts so that might help," she disclosed.
