Cancer season is all about embracing your feelings—good, bad, and everything in between—and feeling them deeply. And TBH, the Mercury retrograde is amplifying it further. If you're Going Through It™, take this as your sign to take extra care of yourself. And if that involves treating yourself to a pamper sesh at one of the premier hotels in the Metro, then all the better!

At Solaire Resort Quezon City (formerly known as Solaire Resort North), a staycation becomes a wellness retreat through the property's variety of wellness amenities and food options. We had the chance to try them right after our Cosmopolitan Women Of Influence Recognition Dinner last March, and we're here to break down what you can expect when you book a stay at this conveniently situated luxury resort.

How To Get The Best Pamper Sesh At Solaire Resort Quezon City's Wellness Amenities

Detox At The Wellness Facilities

If you're looking for a moment to eliminate every bit of stress from your body, Solaire Resort Quezon City has various therapeutic rooms and sections to choose from. Book a massage at the Health Club's Spa & Salon to relieve any aching muscles. Their spa menu has everything from full-body massages to body scrubs, so you can leave your appointment feeling fresh and rejuvenated. BTW, the salon also provides haircuts, styling, mani-pedis, and waxing services.

If you want to go deeper into your recovery, you could also try the facility's hot and cold contrast therapy treatment. The heated treatments decongest, soothe sore muscles, and boost cellular restoration with infrared technology, while the cold plunge pools enhance blood circulation and improve lymphatic function. It's a refreshing experience, to say the least.

The tepidarium, one of its kind(!) in the Philippines, lets you empty your mind and enjoy the gentle heat of the heated stone beds that go straight to your core. The experiential bath is also perfect for those muni-muni moments that have you feeling like you're in your own music video—with a dramatic rainfall shower included.

Get Into The Zone With Active Therapy At The Gym

Looking to de-stress with a workout sesh? The hotel's fully equipped gym is a must-visit. You can choose from treadmills, a variety of weightlifting equipment, sandbags, and even resistance training.

And if you feel like you want to supplement your workout with some prehab, a.k.a. preventative therapy against injury, you should visit PACE. It's the hotel's in-house wellness and sports conditioning facility that offers custom one-on-one sessions that utilize performance testing, strength training, and functional movement.

But if you want a workout with some Vitamin D, head out to the Outdoor Fitness Deck, which features a court convertible to a regulation-size pickleball court or a basketball half-court. You can even bring your friends or family members who are also staying at the hotel for a friendly match.

Cool Down With A Refreshing Dip In The Pool

Finally, if you're the lounge-by-the-pool type of self-care enthusiast, Solaire Resort Quezon City's infinity pool is the perfect place to find your zen. The lounge beds and private cabanas get the best sunlight on sunny days, and you can even sip on a mango shake from the nearby Pool Cafe.

Solaire Resort Quezon City is located at Solaire Way, Vertis North, Bagong Pag-Asa, Quezon City, 1105 Metro Manila, Philippines. For bookings and inquiries about other offers, you may visit their official website to learn more!
