Relationships thrive on honesty and communication. I myself hold trust more important than anything else. But to me, there are some things that should be left unsaid. As much as I want to be completely honest and not hide anything from my man, there are some things that I choose to be mum about, also because I know that he would rather not know about them. These are things that we call TMI (or Too Much Information, in case you didn't know).[readmore]

Men think and talk about sex. A LOT. But there's the good kind and the not-so-good kind of sex talk. I made the mistake of having a no-holds-barred talk with a former boyfriend, where we could both ask each other anything and everything. The good thing is that we had a real picture of what happened and not let our imagination run wild. The bad thing is that we had a really vivid picture of what happened.

I just asked a guy friend if he would want to hear about his girl having slept with one of his good friends, years before they got together. He said there’s no need for her to offer that information, and he wouldn't really care because that’s in the past. So let’s take our cue from the male perspective.
