Craving for some much-needed wellness and relaxation? The Farm At San Benito makes it an everyday goal to help visitors nourish all their senses and find inner peace.
A mere 90-minute drive from Metro Manila, it sits on a 51-hectare property in Lipa City, Batangas, and offers an arresting view of Mt. Malarayat. With 60 suites and luxury villas that range from 33 square meters to around 600 square meters, it's perfect for solo travelers, couples, multi-generation families, and even groups of friends.
The Farm takes pride in promoting sustainable wellness and tourism, which is why each suite and villa is surrounded by lush greenery and made with sustainable materials such as bamboo and rattan. If you're a fan of yoga, make it a point to enjoy other recreational activities like sound healing. The accommodations also showcase Filipino culture through the use of local artistry.
A popular accommodation onsite is the Sulu Terrace, with its sitting room below where guests can read a book, play the guitar, meditate, or simply lounge around. “This is patterned after the traditional Filipino nipa hut and it gives you that modern day treehouse feel to it,” Jennifer Sanvictores, Director of Sales & Marketing, tells the OG team. Rates for the Sulu Terrace start at P9,000 per night.
Couples or honeymooners can also stay at the Narra Pool Villa, which has its own pool with a view of the San Benito ridge, as well as a balcony and a bathtub. This villa costs P25,000 a night. A cozier alternative is the Garden Glass Villa, which costs P18,000 a night. It’s a great choice for couples or families traveling with two small children, and features an outdoor bathtub.
The newest addition to The Farm is the two-story Mahogany Luxury Residences Pool Villas. It houses a private pool, a kitchenette, nanny’s quarters, a private space for parties or cocktails, and offers a stunning sunset view. Romm rates start at P50,000 a night.
A more opulent choice is the three-story Mahogany Luxury Residence Elite, which starts at P120,000 per night and can sleep seven to 10 people. It features 4.5 bedrooms, and a private pool.
The most sought-after accommodation on The Farm is the *huge* 511 square meter Lakan Villa, with 2.5 bedrooms that can fit around seven people, a private heated pool, a shower and bathtub, a private koi pond, and a kitchen. This villa costs P50,000 to P75,000++ per night, depending on whether guests book on a weekday or weekend. Talk about a very relaxing trip!
“The Farm is an eco-sustainable and socially responsible business and a true green destination,” Jennifer shares. “We respect Mother Earth and we believe that nature heals and we believe that we should also heal nature by respecting the environment.”
