Carla Abellana Just Got Married To Her Non-Showbiz Partner In A Dreamy Outdoor Wedding

The holidays are extra meaningful for Carla Abellana this year, because the actress just tied the knot with her non-showbiz partner, Dr. Reginald Santos! Aivee and Z'Shen Teo) and the bride's glam team offered a sneak peek into the dreamy outdoor wedding.

The wedding also marked the couple's first public appearance together. Now that's definitely one way to hard launch a relationship!

While details of the wedding remain private, Carla had already hinted that wedding bells would ring in the very near future. Just a day after Christmas, Carla shared glimpses of her bridal shower held at the Aivee Skin Spa in Parqal, where she celebrated with her mother and close friends.

"Bride for a day at the @aiveeskinspa in Parqal 💛 Heavenly! Ahhh-mazing experience with Mom and my girls. Definitely one for the books," Carla wrote.

She also shared on her Instagram story a photo which says, "Last Christmas as a Miss."

Carla was previously married to actor Tom Rodriguez, but the relationship eventually ended, with the two finalizing their divorce in 2024. Earlier this year, Carla confirmed in a 24 Oras news segment that she had opened herself up to dating again.

"I've said it naman na before that it's about time I open myself to dating, meeting new people, so I decided to try it," she shared.

Following her confirmation, the actress began posting subtle snaps from her dates on Instagram while keeping her partner's identity low-key. Then, in December, Carla surprised fans when she posted a photo showing a diamond ring on her finger. With no elaborate caption, eagle-eyed followers quickly speculated that it was an engagement ring.

Instead of spilling the deets, Carla simply shared a Bible verse that seemed to reflect her mindset as she stepped into a new chapter.

"Jeremiah 29:11: 'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future," she wrote.
