Whether you’re off to experience your first snow or are off to a BFF’s destination wedding, it’s best to show up warm, fuzzy, and fashionable.

Here, easy-to-follow formulas borrowed from the celebs:

  1. Black and white + checkered and gray + slouchy silhouette.

Avoid looking tacky overseas and follow this no-fail formula. We love the combination of hues on Anne Curtis and Maine Mendoza!

  2. Dark jeans + basic tee + a bold red jacket.

Red wonderfully stands out against any backdrop! Check out how Kim Chiu donned this red puffer jacket, and how Liza Soberano is tres chic (as always!) in her slouchy coat.

  3. Anything + fur!

Just think: You’ll never have the chance to wear this here in the Philippines. Kylie Verzosa's and Georgina Wilson’s OOTDs are enough to make us want to travel just to wear fur.

  4. The full cold weather regalia: jeans, top, and boots + a warm and fuzzy coat + bonnet, mittens, and a scarf.

Because you’re piling on so many layers, try not to wear too many loud colors or prints together. Bianca King and Yassi Pressman keep it safe with subdued colors.

  5. Warm and fuzzy accessory + a neat, chic updo.

The combination makes for a lovely snapshot, too. Kim and Maine demonstrate how to make your followers feel travel-envy in your photos.

  6. Black and white.

Too lazy to mix and match? Go head-to-toe in black or white—a sure chic choice. Here's how Georgina and Glaiza de Castro did it!

  7. Oversized coat + a dress or a skirt from home.

    Optional: tights.

Kylie and Janine Gutierrez simply threw on a huge overcoat to what would otherwise be an outfit they’d wear in Manila.
