Highlighters are pretty much a basic must-have for all girls now. Applying it is the fastest way to look dewy and snatched! But if you're worried about your oily complexion, large pores, and appearing sweaty instead of glowy, try this trick Patrick Starrr shared during his exclusive workshop when he visited Manila:

Even out the skin tone by buffing an oil-free liquid (or cream) foundation/BB cream.

Lock in the liquid foundation with your HG setting powder.

Now here's where the magic happens. Patrick shared, "The trick is putting a strong powder and a foundation powder. I know it sounds like a lot of powder, but if you have texture [large pores], I feel like that works best. And then I'll layer so many powders on my face and spray with [MAC] Fix+ or any setting spray you prefer."

Tip: If you want more coverage, repeat this step. This may seem like powder overkill, but trust us, this won't look cakey at all, thanks to the setting spray!

Use a powder highlighter instead of a liquid or cream one.

"[Get something that's] definitely refined and not chunky," Patrick advised.
