In 2018, YouTuber Anne Clutz released her own 10-piece makeup brush set called “The Ultimate Beginner Brush Set”, and it was exactly that. (We reviewed that brush set and, spoiler, loved it! Each set retailed for only P500, and of course, it was a huge hit because the brushes were such good quality, and you got everything you needed (and a little bit more) to create daily makeup looks.

Each set contains: a fan brush, blush brush, powder brush, contour brush, flat angled kabuki brush, eyeshadow shader brush, big blending brush, small angled brush, eyeshadow shader brush, and a concealer brush. The same ones from the previous brush set. This time, however, expect even better quality as the brushes now have pearlized handles and gold ferrules. I also noticed that they seem to be a bit heavier, so you’ll be able to control makeup application a bit better. Each set comes a jelly pouch that is large enough to hold a full face of makeup items and tools. (Major plus points, since this pouch is easier to clean and disinfect vs. a cloth one!) The names of the brushes are also engraved on their handles—a super nice touch, I’d say!
I was able to score a set via the Anne Clutz Brushes shop on Shopee, and I am a *very* satisfied customer. The brushes are a worthy investment if you’re looking for makeup brushes that won’t cost too much.
