Get ready, Blinks: K-pop girl group BLACKPINK will be making their much-awaited comeback next year! Soompi reports that BLACKPINK has been recording new music, which is scheduled to be released in early 2020.
A source from their label YG Entertainment said: "The exact date has not been decided yet, but the aim is to make a comeback early next year. The BLACKPINK members are currently recording several new songs for their new album."
Fans have been ~clamoring~ for new songs from Rose, Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie, and YG Entertainment for months now. Their last music release as a group was in April 2019, with a five-track mini-album called Kill This Love.
ICYMI, it's been one eventful year for BLACKPINK. This year alone, the girl group performed at Coachella, celebrated their third anniversary, and went on their In Your Area world tour, where they performed in the Philippines, France, Australia, and Japan, among others.
