Heart Evangelista Actually Met Ji Chang Wook In Singapore!

Just when we thought Heart Evangelista could not get any luckier, she gets another opportunity of a lifetime that any K-drama fanatic would die for.

Heart, who's currently in Singapore for a jewelry brand event, just met no less but Ji Chang Wook. OMG!

Heart exclusively told Cosmo.ph, “He saw me [looking at him] and I was shy. He asked if we wanted to take a photo and we said yes!”

Here's the photo of Heart and Chang Wook, along with other guests at the event.

We are so inggit right now, but also so kilig for Heart!
