Here's some good news for our local film industry: The most-watched film on Netflix Philippines right now is Hindi Tayo Pwede or Once Before. The Pinoy romantic drama, which was released back in March 2020, just dropped on the streaming platform a few days ago and has since taken the Number 1 spot! Overall, it's currently at Number 3 for both most-watched movies and series.
Hindi Tayo Pwede stars Lovi Poe as Gabby, a woman who loses her fiancé Gabriel (Tony Labrusca) in a car accident. Gabby's close friend Dennis (Marco Gumabao) has always had feelings for her, and the two end up in a ~situationship~ after Gabriel's death. But in a twist of fate, Gabby suddenly sees the ghost of her former fiancé.
The movie's three lead stars celebrated their Netflix success on Instagram by thanking all of the Pinoy viewers who streamed their film!
