2019 is really turning out to be SB19's year. After becoming the first Pinoy group to enter Billboard’s Next Big Sound chart, Google Philippines has now named the five-piece P-pop sensation as the number one most-searched male personality in their ranking this 2019.
The Korean-trained group—composed of members Justin, Sejun, Ken, Josh, and Stell—debuted in 2018 with the single "Tilaluha" after years of training under ShowBT, a Korean entertainment company that branched out in the Philippines. The boys caught the attention of many this year after they went viral for their synchronized moves in their practice video for "Go Up," their 2019 comeback single.
In November, the group charted at number six on Billboard’s Next Big Sound chart which tracks the fastest rising artists predicted to achieve future success. The chart measures analytics across all major music sites.
SB19 will be kicking off its Get In The Zone Nationwide Concert on December 28. You can watch their video of "Go Up" again here.
