If you're still not watching The Penthouse: War In Life by now...here's more proof that it's totally a must-see: According to an article by Soompi, The Penthouse has topped Good Data Corporation's weekly list of "dramas that generated the most buzz." The results are determined through data collected from "news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media about currently-airing and upcoming dramas." The Penthouse has been number one on the chart for THREE WEEKS in a row! It's followed by True Beauty, The Uncanny Encounter, and Mr. Queen.
That's not all, though. The show's stars Park Eun Suk, Lee Ji Ah, Kim So Yeon, Eugene, and Uhm Ki Joon are all part of the "top 10 drama actors that generated the most buzz" from December 7 to December 13. Congrats, you guys!
The Penthouse: War In Life revolves around the insanely rich residents of a residential building called Hera Palace. Their seemingly perfect lives have *hidden* dark secrets such as infidelity, children switched at birth, and corruption. The ~evil~ isn't limited to the adults of Hera Palace because the teen characters of The Penthouse are pretty devious as well! *Spoiler Alert*: The first episode even introduces us to a grisly murder.
The Penthouse is currently available for streaming on Viu and is set to air a second season in 2021.
