We joined the Fit & Sexy Summer Challenge last month and enjoyed delicious food from The Sexy Chef Health Bar for three weeks. One thing we noticed about the meals: carbs galore! Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? The trick: as long as you exercise regularly, you can enjoy your healthy carbs and lose weight at the same time. Some of our favorites from the menu were the Beef Tapa with brown rice, Mc Dreamy Chicken Burger, and Pasta Pomodoro.
