Do Not Eat Bananas For Breakfast

You're running lateit's probably hair-washing dayand so there just isn't enough time for your usual breakfast routine. But all is not lost because your mom/past self has done you good and brought a bunch of bananas, and we all know 'nanas are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast. 

But in news that's set to devastate a nation, the fruit isn't a good option, according to nutritionalist Dr. Daryl Gioffre. He said they might give you a quick boost, but in the end, they're going to leave you feeling tired.

"Bananas seem like the perfect option to grab and go in the morning, but with a closer look, you'll find that bananas eaten alone aren't the best option because they're 25% sugar and moderately acidic." 

His advice is to pair it with a healthy fat or spice to combat the negative effects, which means you're more likely to be full until lunch.

Oh well, at least we know they're still good for practicing our condom techniques. Nobody can take that away from them. And they're also great when you just have to spell it out while singing. Gwen Stefani can 100% preach for that.
