Here's Julie Anne San Jose's Workout Routine

Julie Anne San Jose has always been a stunner, but we noticed that the young star has been looking ~*extra good*~ these days, no doubt thanks to her frequent gym sessions. 

ICYDK, Julie Anne has been clocking in a lot of hours at the gym with Coach Tina Jose, a trainer she's been working with since 2013. According to Coach Tina, it wasn't until August 2018 that the two have started working out seriously.

Their goal is to work out for at least three times a week. When Julie's busy, though, they squeeze in two sessions instead. Coach Tina also revealed who motivates Julie to keep working at it, and it's none other than Gigi Hadid! ;)

Their workouts usually focus on the core, targeting the abs and the butt. They also use the agility ladder a lot. But Julie Anne's favorite workout involves squats with circuit training.
