Pahingi tissue. PLEASE.

What were your expectations for the series finale?

I knew in my heart that it was going to be a happy ending, but knowing K-dramas, I was also sure that at least one major character would die. That didn't prepare me for Gu Seung-joon's death, though! I was totally rooting for him and Seo Dan, but I loved how in the end she became her own person: "Being single is the trend nowadays."

What scene stood out the most for you in the finale?

Aside from Captain Ri and Se-ri saying goodbye at the demarcation line, what made me cry THE MOST was the scene where Captain Ri's North Korean neighbors received products from Se-ri's choicewhich were named after them! It was such a happy moment for me, that they were still *connected*, somehow.

Be honest, are you satisfied with the ending?

99 percent, yes. The remaining one percent is dedicated to Captain Ri and Se-ri's twins whom we never got to meet. I'd like to believe that they eventually had those bbs in Switzerland, just like Captain Ri dreamed about.

What K-drama will you be watching next?

TBH, I still haven't recovered from CLOY, but I might watch another Hyun Bin dramaSecret Garden

Worth the wait.

What were your expectations for the series finale?

For weeks, I couldn't really see a clear ending (a rarity for me when it comes to K-dramas), but I expected Episode 16 to be heartbreaking, and it delivered. I also prepared myself for a death—outside of the couple ('di talaga ako papayag, okay).

What scene stood out the most for you in the finale?

The scene at the military demarcation line. It was the first time I *really* felt the heaviness of their situation and the possibility that they might actually never see each other again. It had me sobbing through a face mask!

Be honest, are you satisfied with the ending?

100 percent! By Episode 9, I had chucked all logic out the window and just wanted the best possible scenario for their love story: Switzerland. There were rumors of #RiRi having twins, LOL, so I was half-waiting for kids to come out, but I wasn't too bummed when they didn't.

What K-drama will you be watching next?

I'm currently watching My Holo Love, but I'll start Itaewon Class (for my bb, Park Seo Joon) this week.

I want more.

What were your expectations for the series finale?

I did expect that they'll be in Switzerland if they wanted to be together. It's a sentimental spot for them. Plus, it's a neutral location between North and South Korea.

What scene stood out the most for you in the finale?

The part when Captain Ri's dad rescued Company Fiveplus Man Bokfrom being executed. I was always worried about how he would get out of the mess. I actually thought he was going to be in trouble because of the Military Director. When he shot the Military Director, I really felt [like] he exercised his power as Director of the General Political Bureau and his love as a father.

Be honest, are you satisfied with the ending?

No! Maybe because I love the series so much, I can't let go of it. What will my life be after CLOY? LOL!

What K-drama will you be watching next?

I don't know yet. I'll probably rewatch CLOY first before moving on to another K-drama.

Worth the PUYAT.

What were your expectations for the series finale?
So I was expecting the worst-case scenario: EVERYONE WOULD DIE. Okay, that's too much, but I seriously had to brace myself for a heartbreaking ending for Se-ri and Captain Ri. (Thank god that didn't happen!)

What scene stood out the most for you in the finale?
I have three: Se-ri and Captain Ri's "last hug" at the border with the Company Five saying goodbye to Se-ri; A badass Seo Dan not giving any f**ks about finding a new man to love; and Se-ri and Captain Ri's happily ever after in Switzerland.

Be honest, are you satisfied with the ending?
YES! I'm grateful for the happy ending and that it's still grounded in reality. Even if Se-ri and Captain Ri spend the rest of their lives meeting halfway in Switzerland, that's already the best-case scenario for them. Plus, they were so freakin' happy just to be together! So what if they could only meet each other a few weeks in a year all the way in Switzerland? Their love story already beat all odds.

What K-drama will you be watching next?
I have no idea how any drama would top this! But I'll most likely try out Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin's previous dramas just so I have a fix!

All. I. Wanted.

What were your expectations for the series finale?

I hoped for a happy ending, but I knew they weren't going to give it to us so easily. I wanted Se-ri and Jeong-hyeok to end up together (even IRL!), but I couldn't figure out how they'd do it. My guess was either someone would get killed or they'd somehow make reunification happen. LOL.

What scene stood out the most for you in the finale?
That scene at the military demarcation line, definitely! I couldn't stop crying while watching it. When Jeong-hyeok started screaming at Se-ri to stop running, my tears started falling. Sobrang galing nilang actors, grabe. I felt that scene.

Be honest, are you satisfied with the ending?
Yes. I'm really happy.

What K-drama will you be watching next?
I'm watching Itaewon Class and Encounter right now. But I know I'll be rewatching Crash Landing On You again and again.

EVERYTHING I wanted.

What were your expectations for the series finale?
I was dreading a tragic ending—you know, where both of them die and only reunite in heaven, LOL. I was really hoping it wouldn't be this cliché, and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED!

What scene stood out the most for you in the finale?
Aside from that goodbye scene by the military demarcation line (my heart couldn't take it), we need to talk about THAT KISS! Throughout the series, all of Captain Ri and Se-ri's kisses were TBH very pure, so that reunion kiss, filled with years of longing and passion, was one for the books. And let's not forget these lines:

Se-ri: I knew you'd be able to find me. But I still can't believe you've come all the way here. It must've been difficult. It must've been dangerous. How? How did you come here?

Captain Ri: I got on the wrong train. And that very train brought me here. It brought me to the place I've yearned to come, every day and every night. It brought me to my destination.

You can take Captain Ri's response literally or metaphorically, but I choose the latter—these two met because they both strayed from their path, which led them to their destination—each other. (GET ME A TISSUE!!!)

Okay, last one: Do you know the movie P.S. I Love You? The main character there (Gerard Butler) passed away and left messages for his partner (Hilary Swank) ahead of his death, so she can live her life to the fullest. I always thought this premise was so good, and when it was paralleled in Crash Landing On You (Captain Ri scheduled text messages for Se-ri for a year), well, let's just say I took a shot of Soju.

Be honest, are you satisfied with the ending?
Without a doubt! I think all [the] characters got the redemption they deserved, from the leads to Captin Ri's lovable group of soldiers. I am also so happy that Se-ri and her mom finally made their peace with each other, and that greedy second brother is going to rot in prison.

What K-drama will you be watching next?
I started Suspicious Partner Episode 1, but TBH, my heart isn't ready to move on. Give me a year.

I made soju cocktails for the finale (Soju Yakult and Cojinganmek, which is soju + beer + Coke). I never got to put on my sheet mask because I ended up crying. My saline tears tightened my pores in its place! Jillian Gatcheco
