Loved reading the novel All The Bright Places? Happy news—Elle Fanning and Justice Smith are bringing the characters to the small screen in the Netflix movie out on February 28!

Elle and Justice play two teens “facing personal struggles.” Violet (Elle), who’s devastated from the loss of her sister, crosses paths with Finch (Justice), an “eccentric” classmate who struggles with his own inner darkness. Together, they “embark on a cathartic journey chronicling the wonders” of their hometown, Indiana, U.S.

The cast also includes Luke Wilson, Keegan-Michael Key, and Alexandra Shipp. Based on Jennifer Niven’s bestselling novel, the movie is co-written by the author.

Elle said she read the book at 16 years old. “Nothing compares to making movies with your best friends and this is case in point right here. Ecstatic to finally share Violet and Finch’s story!”
