Fans Think Heart Evangelista Is Pregnant Based On One Of Her Instagram Photos

Is Heart Evangelista pregnant? Fans seem to think so.

Heart's followers couldn't help but comment on one of her Instagram photos where she's with her husband, Sorsogon governor Chiz Escudero. The photo featured her wearing a sombrero and a fake mustache, while Chiz had his arms wrapped around her belly.

"Cheesy with Chiz!"Heart captioned the photo.

"May iniingatan si Gov," said one netizen.

"She might be pregnant from the way Chiz holds her tummy," said another.

Heart hasn't reacted or responded to any of the comments as of this writing. 

In June 2018, Heart suffered a miscarriage. She first announced that she was pregnant with twins in May 2018, but a few days later revealed they had lost one of the babies early on.
