Rocco Nacino and his girlfriend, professional volleyball player Melissa Gohing, just had the sweetest exchange on Instagram. They may not have been physically together to celebrate their second anniversary last September 18, but they made sure to share their happiness for their milestone on social media.
Because of the 2019 Kapuso All-Star Basketball Game happening in Dubai on September 20, Rocco had to fly out on the day of their anniversary. Rocco's post featured a compilation of their adventures together, from romantic dinner dates to going scuba diving.
"Before I board my flight to Dubai, I want to greet and thank this beautiful woman who is still supportive even though I have to work on our special day," said Rocco in his post. "Happy 2nd Anniversary, mi amor. Time indeed flies when you're having fun. Thank you for all our adventures and memories together. Cheers to more decades and happiness. Happy 2nd to us my forever beer buddy, @gohingmelissa."
Melissa, on the other hand, shared a touching collection of random clips for her anniversary greeting post. In the video, we see them playing with their corgis at the beach, enjoying snacks and drinks in Japan, and going on a tummy-dropping ride. Grab some tissue!
"To my one and only, these last two years have been absolute bliss with you by my side," said Melissa in her post. "We both don't really count the days, but the moments that go with it. Happy two years of happiness, my ride or die. It's been one hell of an adventure. And so much more to go. Many changes have happened, but one thing remains the same. I love you more and more each day, mi amor. I just couldn't imagine a life without you, @nacinorocco."
Rocco first started opening up about his relationship with then rumored girlfriend Melissa, in April 2018. Since then, we've been loving seeing their cute posts, like when they got matching tattoos. Aww.
Rocco has been busy working on the Kapuso remake of the K-drama Descendants Of The Sun, which also stars Dingdong Dantes and Jasmine Curtis-Smith. He also has an upcoming rom-com flick which hits theaters in October 2019, entitled Write About Love, where he plays a veteran writer. Also in the movie are Miles Ocampo, Yeng Constantino, and Joem Bascon.
