It's been a year since one of our fave oppas, Song Joong Ki, starred in the epic fantasy series Arthdal Chronicles. Now, rumor has it that he was offered to star in a new drama titled Vincenzo. The news, according to Soompi, was confirmed by his agency History D&C. "Song Joong Ki is considering [the offer] to star in the new drama Vincenzo," they said in a statement. So, for all of us who are eager to know Joong Ki's possible new drama, read on below for important deets about Vincenzo.
So, what's Vincenzo about?
As the title suggests, Vincenzo is a story about Vincenzo Cassano (Song Joong Ki), an Italian lawyer and ~Mafia consigliere~. Vincenzo is of Korean descent (his Korean name is Park Joo Hyung, FYI) and "was adopted by an Italian family at a young age." The drama starts when moves back to Korea and meets lawyer Hong Cha Young (Jeon Yeo Bin). (via Soompi)
