"Everything you've ever posted becomes public today. Even messages that have been deleted or the photos not allowed" reads the poorly-worded and punctuated letter. It then continues with a statement that supposedly allows the user to keep Instagram from sharing their photos and messages without their permission, if only they publish the message on their accounts.
