You know how when you haven't done something in so long, and you just need one *big* push to get you to start? Consider Brie Larson and Cassey Ho of Blogilates' ab challenge as the sign you've been waiting for to start working out again.

We all know Brie trained hard for her role as Captain Marvel so sit ups aren't that hard for her, which is why Cassey decided to add another layer to the challenge: They have to finish in five minutes! That's three seconds per sit up. 

Before the begin, Cassey advises that your feet should be weighted under something: Someone can hold 'em down for you or you can do your sit ups by a chair or sofa. Your hands can be in front of you, over your chest, or behind your head.

As expected, both women crushed the challenge, finishing 100 sit ups in three minutes and 30 seconds. Yes, with time to spare!!
