Unless you’re a gym rat or a health junkie, motivating yourself to exercise is next to impossible sometimes. With our busy schedules, it’s easy to make excuses to avoid the grind. But when you’re working out with a partner, you hold each other accountable. You can’t just cancel on a gym date or a workout class because someone’s relying on you to show up. That’s why we consulted our go-to girl for all things fitness, Nikki Torres, and personal trainer and cycling instructor Fay Hokulani, for workouts you can do with a buddy.
